Description
After you reserve a B&B or apartment, we require a deposit. For B&B accommodations we require a 25% percent deposit of the total balance. Forprivate apartments the deposit is 20%. Deposits can be made by bank wire transfer, US travelers checks, money order or cashier check. The remainder of the balance is due upon arrival to your host. Cash or US travelers checks ONLY!! For monthly stays a security deposit will be required. After we receive your deposit, you will receive a formal confirmation.
