Description
Great care has been taken to plant a variety of native and English trees and shrubs, which are now flourishing. A pond is situated at the top of the?hill?with a meandering stream?and waterfalls to a larger pond at the bottom of the hill near to the entrance gates. There are many fish in the top pond, which is now overlooked by two typically styled English summer houses with a large deck in between, where you can sit with your coffee or a glass of wine while you take in the breath-taking views of Lake Taupo and Mount Tauhara. The?pond and stream have been planted with a variety of English and native bushes and shrubs which provides added colour.
