This Peterborough Bed and Breakfast is located twelve blocks from downtown Peterborough. Liftlock B and B is a luxurious Peterborough Bed and Breakfast, located on the water just above the world famous Peterborough liftlocks on the Trent Severn Waterway. Ocean going vessels as well as rowing skiffs from Trent University pass by this quiet serene area. Adjacent to Liftlock Bed & Breakfast, there is 66 acres of vacant land belonging to CHEX television. Next to them is a 200-acre wildlife sanctuary belonging to Trent University. This gives us the tranquility you don?t usually get so close to downtown Peterborough. We own seven acres of lawn fields and trees. Because of special zoning, our resident pets include 2 sika deer, German shepherd dogs, and a watch goose. The animals are kept in a restricted area. With permission, people are allowed to bring pets.
